I spoke with support today and was informed that when you unblock an excluded recipient, that action takes place in the pop-up on ClickD's cloud component. This means I cannot query the system to find this action.
We need to be able to pull a list of people who are actively blocked across our CRM (not just for any specific email sends/marketing lists). Since the excluded recipients list does not indicate that this action has been taken, I cannot pull such a report.
In our previous ESP, we had easy reports to pull bounce statuses across our lists. I would like to suggest to either create such a report, or atleast record this action back to the contact/lead/account record so we can create workflows or create our own reports to find out who is not receiving our messages.
