Add search and match fields besides email address for lead and contacts.

When a posted form is entered and send, a contact or lead record is matched by the email adres. At one of our customers, there isn't always an email address available (higher age demographic). To solve this, we'd would like to see a posibility to match a record on more than one criteria.

@admin: Were my remarks on the use case useful?

We have contacts whose email addresses we do not know.
But we know another one-to-one value. For example the social security number.
Every contact has such, but not always an email address.
Nevertheless, we use Forms for the ordering of documents by the customer/contact.
In CD-Forms, he must always enter the social security number (mandatory field).
With this number we can connect the person ordering the documents with the contact in our MS Dynamics/CRM.
Today, a lead is opened through Forms and this has to be manually connected to an existing contact.
I hope these remarks have served you.

We absolutely need the possibility of not only carrying out a contact assignment using the e-mail address.
The set form matching rules as a function in combination with the email address is not enough.
