When formatting text as lists, the font styling changes from 'normal' to something else, requiring (re)selecting the list and setting the 'normal' font style. This is a bug as far as I'm concerned, but can be overcome by adding options to style lists (numbered and bulleted).
If it becomes possible to format lists via the 'global options', it would be especially nice if it were also made possible to add blank lines in lists to enhance readability, or (even better) allow for custom bottom-margins on list items.
Lastly, instead of setting the text version of the e-mail in the Email Send, why not make the text version editor an option in the "NEW Drag & Drop" editor? That way the validations check will be accurate and you can get rid of the text version screen on the Email Send and on Email Templates, which doesn't work anyway -- on Templates it doesn't save properly half the time and on Email Sends it doesn't do anything at all.
