Campaign Automation - Permit using Forms multiple times Merged

Multiple active Campaign Automations cannot refer to the same form, for the "Submitted Form" trigger. An error is raised when you publish, suggesting you must clone the form to have it active in a new Campaign Automation.

This constraint is not noted in any documentation, discussions, or training.

Please enable referencing a single form in multiple "Submitted Form" triggers, across multiple active Campaign Automations.

Given other limits and workarounds needed in Campaign Automations, I find I need to clone Campaign Automations more than I should. This constraint now leads to additional cloning of forms, to support cloned Campaign Automations.
