The ability to send emails in batches

I would like to request that a feature be added to the ClickDimensions platform that allows users to send emails in batches without having to manually create multiple lists. This was a feature that was available in our prior marketing automation system and it was extremely beneficial. When we send out emails to a company that has a log of users who opted-in to receive our emails, sometimes the sheer number of sends from the sender is enough to put a red flag on the sender and potentially block them. We actually had this happen with a channel partner we worked with and an email we sent to their reps. It didn’t matter that they opted-in, because the email server simply saw all the requests coming in at the same time and automatically put us on a block list. It took a while to resolve this and convince them that we were not spamming the users, since they opted-in. Having the batch feature that sends to a specific number of users at specific intervals bypasses the mail server rules because it does so more in line with typical mail practices. Please let me know what we need to do to request this valuable feature. Thanks.
