Feature Request: Updates to Survey Editor

1. Ability to expand the view so you can see more of the survey questions you created

2. Add ability to search by category as that is one of the options provided when you create a survey question.

3. Add the ability to remove 'inactive' survey questions as today, it shows both active and inactive survey questions.
