When you test an email send, you have to specify an email address. This means that you cannot test personalization because it's not tied to a CRM record. A customer requested the ability to select a CRM record to send the test to - and that it populates the personalization as part of the test. They also want the ability to set a CRM record as the default to send tests to so they don't have to specify it every time.
