Add Error Trace Notifications

If ClickDimensions cloud service is not able to submit Form Data (Posted Form) into a CRM environment (connectivity trouble, etc), there should be a notification report sent which makes admins aware. 

Without this, one would have to remember to check it regularly, which is extra admin overhead.

Would like option to specify who these notices go to (separated by semicolon in a string array; or CRM users selected from a lookup).

All it would need is link to the Error Trace log for Posted Forms, so that they can then review further.

Also, it would help that if it records same error in succession (such as # of times with a certain prescribed span - such as an hour) that it would trigger an automated notice.
