Hi ClickDimensions,
It's a great feature being able to limit user access to Email Sends and Email Templates based on business units. In my opinion it would be a good addition to implement this into Sent Emails and Email Events as well, which are currently always owned by the "service user / admin" instead of the individual users, thus difficult to limit access to via different business units.
To outline the probelm: I can easily limit an user from not seeing other Email Sends than the ones owned by someone in their business units, but they would still see the individual Sent Emails of all business units. If I made a workflow to change the owner of Sent Emails from "admin" to the owner of the Email Send, could it get too straining for my CRM in large sends (for example, running 50 000 workflows)?
Another place where I think business unit based security could be useful for larger organizations is image / file manager.
Thanks!
Tomi
