REMOVE reactivation functionality

We recently noticed that ClickDimesions is marking inactive contacts as active. We are certain that these contacts should be inactive and have been told the reason they are being re activated by ClickDimensions is probably because they had forwarded a ClickDimensions email to someone.

Scenario that is happening: We send an email to Bob. Always forwards his email from us to Steve. We dont know Bob is doing this and have not been able to capture Steve's infomation yet. Bob leaves the company, we mark Bobs record as inactive in CRM. Steve visits our website. Bob's record gets reactivated by in our CRM.

This is a major issue and I cant imagine we would be the only company who does not want ClickDimensions incorrectly marking our Contacts/Leads as Active. Please find a way to let users choose if they want ClickDimensions to make these kinds of edits to their Contacts/Leads or remove the functionality all together as it is compromising our data integrity.

Please see attachment of a Contact who clearly forwarded an email on to many people around the world, they are no longer with the Company and their Contact has been marked inactive many times, ClickDimensions keeps marking it as Active and keeps adding visit records that are not this person.
