Basically, what we want to do is setup a form that a user would fill out "x" amount of fields, say - name, email, phone, company, industry.
Then, when they return to the site again to fill out a new form, the new form would pre-populate their data based on their previous form submission (so if they previously filled out a form - this new form would automatically pre-populate fields, let's say their email address, first name and last name).
This concept is a standard feature in Hubspot's "smart forms".
ClickDimensions has something similar, but it relies on the visitor clicking a link in an email for it to work.

I, too, would like to see a cookie-based solution similar to HubSpot's.
