Possibility to map form fields to subcription lists Merged

If the subscription setting is "Opt-In Subscription Management ", it's possible to map form fields to subscription lists. This option is not available if the subscription management is set to "Opt-Out Subscription Management (Old)". It makes no sense that this optionn is not available for the old subscription managements. The new subscription management is not suited for us. 

New contacts/leads who Register for newsletter etc via a clickdimension form on the company's Webpage need to be able to select subscription lists and enter Name, email address etc on the same form.
