Form Fields - show mapping for all field types

We have created a view which shows all form fields and the mapped contact and lead fields. However ClickDimensions only shows mapped fields for text, date, email, hidden and integer.

Although all other field types are mapped they will now show as being mapped in the view (list, checkbox and radio)

This can be irritating and hence it would be good if all fields that are mapped show as such in D365.
