Notify ClickDimensions users of key bugs being resolved when they occur

It would be helpful if ClickDimensions support notified users of key bugs being worked through. We recently learned that there was an issue with Suppression lists, which led our email to be sent to a group of people that we had set to be excluded. Users should be notified about basic email send issues such as this one, so that we know to implement a workaround.
