Add a <br> option so pre-header text doesn't collide with the first line of email text on mobile phones.

On mobile phones, the pre-header text will run into the first line of text in the email. The only solution currently is to add punctuation to your pre-header text, but that's not always the easiet or best solution. So, it would be better if there was an option to add a <br> in order to separate the pre-header and email text.
