email content on sentemail : Set filters to use this feature

From a contact (lead or account), we can see all his email sent.

When we open the CRM form "sentemail", the content is empty.

When running an advanced find, the col "cdi_renderedhtml" is empty.

Based on CD Support, the functionality is set to off by default (to avoid sync troubles).

Many emails content are dynamics, and we need to have the content history for VIPs, not all mass mailing.

The idea would be to sync only specific emails (e.g. based on email models) and specific recipicents.

Thanks to this change, we could set the sync of "renderedhtml" without requesting the CD support.
