GotoWebinar Connector enhancements

  • When GotoWebinar Connector is pulling an Event into CRM the language, of which the Event is held, is missing in CRM

  • The Country field on the CRM Event Participant is a Text field. When further converting the Event Participant into a Lead (where country is a lookup) it causes problems, if the Event language is not English. The system is not able to match e.g. Event Participant->Country=Espana to Lead->Country=Spain without additional mapping tables per Event language.

    Regarding the Country field: it would be perfect, if there would be a standard value (like ISO Code) used and not only the label of the country field. Depending on the webinar language, different values are transmitted to CRM, e.g. for US "United States", "Estados Unidos", "미국" (South Korea), etc. To make a manual mapping to all of our languages for all countries is quite challenging, so it would be great if there could be only one value for a country passed over to CRM.
