Inactive subscription lists should not be visible while designing the Web-content = subscriptions (subscription center)

Irrespective of the environment, if we navigate to > Web-content (type = subscription)> open a record > click on Design (from the ribbon) > in the left navigation pane, where the lists are available , you will see the inactive subscription lists as well! This is not good. While designing, we must only view active subscription lists. Or at-least have a view in the designer to select active and inactive subscription lists.
