Adding attachments on a form capture Merged

The ability to have someone attach a document to a form capture. With the trend of third party ad blocking becoming prevelent, posted forms will continue to be blocked on multiple browsers (already done with firefox). We want to use form capture for all of our forms so that they load properly, but this means that customers and prospective clients do not have the ability to add attachments on form submission. This is a critical component for our business as customers typically sumbit attachments of thier requirements and it increases efficiency if they can send all thier information all at once.
