Notify Users about errors registered in ClickDimensions

Currently there isn't a feature that notify users that an error has been registered in ClickDimensions Error Trace logs. I think this feature would be really useful since it allow us to act immediately after the error happens. The user to be notified could be configured by the admin user in the CD settings.
