Improve Subscription Page designer

On subscription pages, the added subscription list labels can be modified, as those labels are the only chance to originally identify the subscription page behinde, this information gets lost, in case the label gets modified. In our case we create global subscription lists which are linked to language specific subscription pages, means, the labeld need to get modified according the language and therefore uit is difficult to identify afterwards, which subscription list is linked to it.

In web forms, the linked subscription lists can be alsways seen under mapping, independent of modifying the labels. I would prefer to have the same available on subscription lists, currently the adjustment of languagespecific subscription pages is a nightmare to us.
