Hi CD
When we are working with customers that have huge amount of data comming in to CRM from CD, then I would say it is not an option to create a workflow that start up every time that a Posted form is created, because that will put a huge presure on the CRM solution.
Especially if I need different workflows to update data for me when a Posted Form is created.�
I would therefor recomend that you add a Form Activity type, where it is possible to run a CRM Workflow when a Posted Form is created from a specific Web Content form. That will limit the amount of workflow jobs started in CRM.
