Interface with Opportunities and Cases

Most of my clients focus on opportunities (product sales) or cases (service organizations) for sales and marketing ongoing correspondence. It would, therefore, be extremely helpful if ClickDimensions interfaced with those entities as well as Leads, Accounts, and Contacts. Most often, Opportunities are associated with an account, not with a contact, so we generally have the key contact email on the account record and would like to correspond from the opportunity or case, linking to the email on the account.
