Form Fields - Extend CRM Field to accept larger Form Field ID

As per support ticket #551

The current field size for capturing Form Field Id is 50.� This is not sufficient to capture the form field id auto-generated by the contegra CMS that Winscribe are using.� This means that form field id's we enter get truncated and form field integration does not work.

An example:

<select name="ctl02$cPC$ctl01$ContainerRepeater$ctl00$FieldRepeater$ctl08$Country" id="ctl02_cPC_ctl01_ContainerRepeater_ctl00_FieldRepeater_ctl08_Country">

The ID field is:

ctl02_cPC_ctl01_ContainerRepeater_ctl00_FieldRepeater_ctl08_Country

but it gets cropped to:

ctl02_cPC_ctl01_ContainerRepeater_ctl00_FieldRepea
