exclude email from sending

I would like to be able to send an email in ClickDimensions to a list of contacts or marketing lists, but then do an import of email addresses in which to exclude from the sent emails. For example, we email our marketing information to our contacts about our upcoming conference. Our registration data for the conference is managed outside of our CRM system. when sending marketing emails about encouraging people to register for an event I'd like to be able to send to all of my CRM contacts, but exclude an imported list of email addresses which I would have from my conference registration system. I don't want the people who have already registered for the event to get an email asking them to register.
