Calling a CRM Workflow from within a ClickDimensions Form

Need to supply content for a hidden field on a Form. Thought one way to accomplish this would be to allow the designer to invoke a CRM Workflow from the Actions tab of the form design.

The idea would be to set the hidden field content based upon information the lead supplies when completing the form, then pass that info along to populate the lead/contact in CRM.
