Adding Conditional Logic to Other Option in Radio Button and Check Box for Specificity

For the survey builder can we create a field type that has conditional logic and links to a text field. For example if the survey question was the following
What is your favorite flavor of ice cream
<radio button>Vanilla</radio button>
<radio button>Chocolate</radio button>
<radio button>Strawberry</radio button>
<radio button>Other</radio button> -When selected this option would appear: Please specify <text box></text box>

We are able to do this in Survey Monkey but right now the current survey builder does not allow for this. Thanks in advance.
