Approval to send to more than 5000 records

Our database contains over 70,000 records. We have marketing lists set up to drill down in order to target communications. However some team members do not understand how to set marketing list criteria and we have experienced emails being sent to the entire database.


The system currently provides a warning/confirmation when sending to more than 1 record. The team have become complacent and just 'tick the box' without sense checking the number of records sends. We would like to see an extra layer of approval or warning, say when sending to more than 5000 records.
