make a favicon configurable in D&D editor

if someone bookmarks the webversion of an email sent the icon displayed in the bookmarks is generig. this icon, the favicon, should be configurable within the d&d editor.


at the time beeing a favicon can only be insered via html, with causes the editor to loos its d&d functionality.


goal: the favicon should be configurable within the d&d editor by simple provide an url to the icon or an upload field.
