Easier access to File Uploads submitted through Posted Forms

Currently, if you use the File Upload feature on a form. The file is only accessible by going to the Posted Field record. It would be helpful if you could copy this file to the parent Account, Contact or Lead (great if you could choose which). Or if you could do this by Campaign Automation.

To add to this - it would also be very helpful if there could be a link to download/open the file from the Email Notification which you can set as an action on the Posted Form. Currently this email has no reference that a file has been uploaded.

I also tried the Campaign Automation, Notify User action, and the email generated by that does display the file name, but sadly it is still not a linked to the file.

Examples attached.

I totally agree! It is crazy that this functionality is not available in ClickDimensions. At very least there should be an indication on the email notification that a file was uploaded.
