Add MessageMedia as a supported provider for SMS Integration

Currently the SMS integration in ClickDimensions is limited to only a few providers and can not be used without configuring ClickD with one of the supported providers (BulkSMS, MessageNet & Twilio).
It would be great if either MessageMedia can be added to the supported list of providers (only provider in New Zealand which supports Two-Way SMS) or the SMS creation process doesn't require a configured SMS integration

    is the External SMS API currently being developed and is there a timeline for this?

    The plan is to provide an External SMS API, so small and local SMS providers can configure the integration on their own.
