Campaign Automation-Page Visited trigger based on # of times page visited/amount of time spent on page

Would be great if we could set up a campaign automation where if a lead/contact visited a specific webpage on our site X amount of times within a certain timeframe, sales could be notified and/or they could go into a marketing list. Also, along the same lines, if a lead/contact visited a specific page and spent X amount of time on that page (X seconds/minutes, for example), sales could be notified and/or they could go into a marketing list.
