List Subscribed Contacts/Leads per Subscription list

Ability to get a single view of all subscribed contacts/leads per subscription list. Right now, it requires 3 queries which you cannot do with built-in functionality.
1) Per contact for subscription list X get the last posted preference
2) based on 1, filter all optins
3) based on above, exclude all contacts/leads with unsubscribes for subscription list X after those optin dates from 2
