Associate survey with lead/contact using recipientid

When I link a survey page from an email, the link contains URL parameters (recipientid) that allow it to be uniquely associated with a lead/contact. This information should be used to associate the survey with the lead/contact.

    I embed the form as a widget. But the survey result is not assigned to any contact.
