Add Campaign and Description fields to Click Dimensions Import template

Can we please get the 'Source Campaign' and 'Description' fields added to the Click Dimensions Import template?

The Campaign would obviously only be set if the individual is created as a new lead - or maybe it should be added as an option in the import wizard, when you select that you would like to create new individuals as Leads, that you can then set the Source Campaign to attribute them too. It would save a lot of bulk editing and exporting/importing to fill these in afterwards.
