Allow Post Redirect to open in New Tab/Window

My experience and suggestion is based on a form, but I feel it may be relevant to any place where the "Confirmation Text" is set to a "Post Redirect" URL - with that said:

I have a form, when completed, I direct them to the file on my site they want to download. I'd like the option to open that file in either a pop-up window, new tab, or new window.

Maybe allow us to put our own "hyperlink code" in the Post Redirect field so we can add 'target="_new" or something or maybe add fields to the Post Redirect section to open in new tab, pop-up, etc.
