Ability to trigger an automation when the status of an account changes within the CRM for example ABC LTD are a new prospect in the CRM. After an assessment period they are approved to become a partner or franchisee. The CRM admin then changes their status from Prospect to Partner in the system. This should act as a trigger point to then send out a welcome email.
