Add Sub question column (for surveys) to email notification

We have a survey set up with a few matrix questions and when we receive an email notifcation when a survey is filled out, we see the survey answers directly in that email but without the added sub-question columns for further context. It makes it difficult to share those emails with other stakeholders since there's not the full context of the questions and answers directly in that notification email.
