Social Share bar improvement

Social share bar: to include the possibility of entering text to direct to click. This is imperative for us for example. It needs to be clear to our supporters that they are sharing an appeal/donation page to their contacts as opposed to joining us on social. We would also need to be able to add our own bits to the social bar, since our social share bar includes 'Share on Facebook', 'Share on Twitter' and 'Donate' (this is the text we'd like to include in the social share drag and drop bar). This last one in our template has it's own icon and links to the appeal donation page.
