Make Plain Text a mandatory field

It would be good if the Plain Text version of the Email Send were mandatory.  At the moment, people can easily forget to fill this in, and people who can only receive HTML Emails can end up with a messy version of the Email Send.  If this Field were mandatory, then people would be required to complete it and ensure it looks good before sending the Email.

I also understand, from MailChimp, that this helps lower your Spam score.
