Update MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes with D365 from 2 minutes to 10 minutes.

Currently the MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes is hard coded within ClickDimensions product's design and is set to the defaulted 2 minutes.

This limits Customer use of ClickDimensions and Dynamics365.

The Timeout error is not a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online limitation. The Timeout error being returned is related the “MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes” not being set resulting in the default timeout of 2 minutes.

The connection timeout can be set using the app.config/app.settings with property MaxCrmConnectionTimeOutMinutes as per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.xrm.tooling.connector.crmserviceclient.maxconnectiontimeout?view=dynamics-xrmtooling-ce-9T

Updating this configuration would solve multiple limitation issues across all ClickDimensions Customers.
