Currently, if you publish a campaign automation with the add to marketing list trigger, and change a date timer some time after the publish, the changed date will not update even though it appears to have been changed to the user. The only work around if you want to change a date timer is to clone the entire campaign automation and change the date, then publish the new CA.
I was not even aware of this, but that fix is needed!
