Prevent duplication of campaign automations firing on someone in multiple marketing lists

I constantly apply multiple marketing lists as triggers to fire a campaign automation built around sending emails.

I will check to run on the entire list, and then publish it. I would like CD to employ the same tactics that they use on Email Sends to de-duplicate people. Right now, if someone is in more than 1 list, then they will get the CA running for every instance where they show up.

The long workaround is to create a temp marketing list that is comprised of the multiple lists, which is no bueno.
