Improve the Field Updated Trigger: Campaign Automations Merged

Hi,

If possible, could you please improve on the "Field Updated' trigger for campaign automations? As it currently stands, if you chose an entity you can only make it trigger when a field is updated on the same entity. It would be more beneficial if you could make an entity run on any updated field that it has a relationship with. For example, a contact record campaign automation could run if an account field is updated.

It would also be helpful if we could use more entities besides the 3 present entities (Account, Contacts, Leads) for the trigger.
