Post form submission email custom "from" field

In the post form submission actions, we often send an email (with the completed form fields) to parties outside the marketing dept, or even the organization.

The default "from" setting of the email is ClickDimensions <system@clickdimensions.com>.

For some outside the marketing dept, this is pretty foreign, and it would be great to be able to modify that to our company or someone in our company.
