Email Template owner should not be service account

When Email template is created from an email send record, the Email template is owned by service account used by Click Dimension to connect CRM. As we have security implemented to have different Business units per country, we cannot give ORG level read permissions on Email template and so the email template is not accessible by that user. Email template created from Email send should be owned by same user as owner of the Email send record.
