Ability to change the Sent From to another custom field

We created a custom field in CRM called Territory Sales Manager. This person is technically the Account Owner but we also have people who are the Record Owner. It is complex but we would like the ability to send campaigns based on Territory Sales Manager to deliver a better 1-to1 experience.
