With our previous email vendor we were able to cap form submissions to a certain number. This is useful when using forms for event registration on our website, if the event is being held in a venue where there is a cap on the number of people that can attend, to ensure that the event does not get oversubscribed.
Once the cap is reached, we were able to input a custom message that would appear where the form was previously, such as 'this event is now full'.
