Choose which events should synchronize between GoToWebinar and ClickDimensions

It should be possible to select in GoToWebinar which events should integrate for ClickDimensions.

    I think this is needed for all event connectors ( we use Cvent). For example, all events created may not be customer events. If its an internal company event, the sync would not be necessary as all attendees would be employees. This could possibly be done by making an api call to the event service api and listing all the events within a CD view then allowing the user to select which events to sync. This screen could also be used to verify sync status of each event.
