Send emails via workflow based on records from custom entities

Use Case: You track some sort of product/sales records in CRM. To be able to leverage the ClickDimension email templates to create a nice looking email that is fired off via workflow and pulls in information from the custom sales/product entity that has a N:1 relationship from the sales/product entity to the Contact record/recipient would be very helpful.

    Hi Chris.

    Your already able to do this.
    Either using a workflow (+ a custom workflow package) or Power Automate.
    We have build both solutions for our customers.
